Event Description

I cant imagine that this subject will be teaching in this ways.

First, Ms. Lye let us write down the biggest fear and ambition or hope at the beginning in the class, this give a chance for me to think deeply about what is my biggest fear now even in the future. My fear is i worry that i will lost my principle when I involve myself in the working environment. This is challenging and take long time for me to write down the answer. On the other hand, to write down answer about my ambition is quite easy and take less time compare to the biggest fear. Haha! My dream is to travel around the world, and now…I am in UK! =)

Next session is about sharing secret with a classmate that he/she doesn’t really know about me. Actually I wish to talk with new classmate but I shy to step forward, but luckily Jocelyn, a very nice and friendly girl she come to me and want to be my partner for this session.

Last session for today seminar is a psychology test which knows as ‘Belbin Team Roles’.

How did it Make me feel?

Today is most interesting class in these two years!

Spending time of thinking about myself fear and ambition, this session actually is quite challenge since i'm not really like to let people know about my inner feeling or my weakness. Anyways, i will able to overcome my fear as the time go.

In second session, I feel happy to talk with a pretty girl,as well as we exchange some secret between each others. besides, this also lead to another happy moment when whole class sharing each other big or small secret! Enjoy~~!

However, for the last session, ‘Belbin Team Roles, I dont like the way of apportion point according to our feeling or sense, because our own perception or bias will easily influence the accuracy of the answer. Anyways, I quite satisfy with the answer I get since it is similar with another psychology test I done before. In short, I am a Resource Investigator. =P

What did I learn?

In today seminar,I learn to understand myself as well as my classmates in the first or last session and. training on listening skill as well as communication skill when we meeting a stranger in second session, I think this is important for us when we meet our new customer and how we able to build a good relationship with them.

What would I do differently now?

Try to be friendly and be the first people to talk with stranger like what the Jocelyn done in today session, because this give a good impression to other people and can help myself to expand my social environment as well.
